FOUNDER
Dan brings experience from assurance, tax, accounting and advisory engagements to provide a holistic approach to aid growing clients. He has served a variety of industries including construction, real estate, wholesalers, auto dealers, technology companies, charter schools, firearms, financial institutions, and manufacturers. His focus is on proactive planning for high-growth companies, entity structure, transactional consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Marissa DiLaura
PARTNER
Marissa has worked at both small and large firms helping small businesses grow. She focuses her practice on trust, estate and high net worth tax planning to help clients keep and accumulate wealth. She also helps businesses in a wide variety of industries manage through growth and other challenges. Marissa enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with family.
James Brooks
CONSULTANT
James brings CFO-level experience in a variety of industries to the Endgame family, including but not limited to e-commerce, real estate, retail, distribution, restaurants, and hospitality. As part of Endgame, James helps clients implement accounting and financial reporting systems so he can focus on adding value via analysis and advisory services. During the summer, he can be found sailing around NY Harbor on the classic sailing yacht Ventura which he operates as a charter business.

Carly brings diverse tax, financial, and business consulting knowledge to her role. She is experienced in many industries including real estate, manufacturing, and technology. She is passionate about helping clients excel and feel supported in every stage of their business. In her free time, Carly enjoys sports, reading and spending time with family.

Her diverse background and skill set enable her to excel in various administrative roles providing exceptional support and driving efficiency within the organization.
